What we need
- 🪢 IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 certified (non-negotiable)
- 🪟 Rope access window cleaning — 3+ years experience welcome
- 🖌️ Painting trade or strong coatings experience
- 📋 Working at Heights ticket
- 🔬 White Card
- 🛡️ Safety-first mindset — no shortcuts
- 📍 QLD-based or willing to travel
What the work actually looks like
You’ll be working on high-rise and commercial buildings across Queensland — painting, protective coatings, facade treatments, window cleaning, pressure washing, and minor remedial work. Projects range from 10-storey residential towers on the Sunshine Coast to industrial assets across the state. If you’ve got the certs and the experience, we’ll keep you busy.
